About Me
Creating with my hands has always been a source of joy and accomplishment. My journey into the world of craft began just before graduating high school in 2006, during a road trip from California to southern Texas. To help pass the time on the long drive, my mom taught me how to crochet, and that moment sparked a lifelong love for making things.
Although I originally planned to pursue a career in graphic design, I found myself continually drawn back to working with physical materials. Over time, that pull led me toward pottery and fiber arts, where I rediscovered the deep satisfaction of tactile creativity.
Today, I am channeling that passion into a bigger purpose: building my path toward becoming an Art Therapist. Through pottery, fiber craft, and other creative practices, I am exploring how art can heal, connect, and transform lives.
“It is impossible to be a perfectionist in physical media.”
